Dear Errington Eagle Families,
Thank you for another great week at Errington. We seem to have quickly moved from Winter to Spring Weather, but I am sure that the cold will be back! As a skier, I certainly hope it comes to the Mountains at least.
We had a very productive PAC Meeting on Thursday morning and have settled on February 15th for the first ERRINGTON COMMUNITY MOVIE NIGHT. More details to come, but plan to join us after school in the Gym for a recent release movie. Thanks to all of the parents that joined us, including James, fundraising, from his holiday in the Caribbean . Mark your calendar on Friday, February 9th for the Lunar New Year Raffle Assembly, starting at 1:45p.
Upcoming dates in our Inclusive District Calendar include the following:
- January 27: International Holocaust Remembrance Day
- January 29: National Day of Remembrance of the Quebec City Mosque Attack and Action Against Islamophobia
Click on the links for information related to these special observances.
As mentioned in last week’s letter, SD #38 has partnered with the Safer Schools Together program and are offering parent information sessions around “Digital Citizenship” – responsible use of technology tools and social media. Please click the link and sign-up up for the learning opportunities:

Attached to this week’s email are two flyers for new District Partnerships in support of families, please take a look, they are also found on the school website.
Enjoy the extra day and please be safe, be active and get outside!
