Dear Errington Eagle Families,

This has certainly been quite a week.  I hope that everyone has managed to stay safe and make the most of the snow.  The weather forecast for the coming week seems to suggest a return to more typical conditions for us here in Greater Vancouver.

Thank you to everyone for your patience this morning and afterschool to get all the students in safely.  It was busy, but everyone took their time and it was as good as we could have expected.  Your consideration of each other was appreciated!

The students had a great time playing in the snow with their classes and during the break times.  We have many snow people, snow forts and igloos spread out across the playground.  The snow isn’t likely to last, but we have enjoyed it while we can.

The District has partnered with the Safer Schools Together program and are offering parent information sessions around “Digital Citizenship” – responsible use of technology tools and social media.  Please click the link and sign-up up for the learning opportunities:

Despite the weather forecast, I hope you can still be safe, be active and get outside!

Regards,

Andrew Ferguson (he/him/his)
